Hi there! I’m Wendy Jones - wife, mother of two pretty cool teenagers, our yellow lab, a leopard gecko and a few tropical fish.
Most days you can find me working as a school psychologist, managing the family calendar, practicing yoga and mindfulness, and talking oils.
I am mostly known for my love of yoga, health and wellness, fitness, self-care, essential oils, the universe and all things positive and joyful.
I love serving the universe by helping people live their best lives. Whether it’s the students and staff I work with every day, friends, family or strangers, my calling is to support people as they travel along their own journey to reach their goals and dreams.
The things I am most passionate about in life are yoga, love, family, friends, writing, self-care, health and wellness, healthy/organic foods, toxin-free living, mindfulness, meditation, giving back to the planet and, of course, essential oils!
I craft wellness plans for people who are looking for "a better way". We all have goals and dreams. But life circumstances and obstacles often get in the way of our plans. Our daily lives are stressful! Too much stress leads to illness and can keep us from enjoying our lives. It’s easy to get stuck in a rut. I was there! I love working with people who have a desire to make a positive change in their lives and grow into the best version of themselves.
I am fortunate to educate them about health and wellness both as a psychologist and through the benefits of 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oils and inspire them to increase the joy in their lives, as well as that of their families.
When I’m not busy working in my local school district you can catch me appreciating the beautiful colors of my garden. I plant some annual flowers from time to time, but I don’t have a green thumb. Luckily, when we bought our home many years ago, the previous owners had done some wonderful landscaping with flowers that bloom every year. I love to watch new flowers arrive as the year goes by.
I grew up in Boston but have lived in Southern California for almost 20 years now. I do love the weather here! I met my husband in Boston but he is from here originally, and our two teenagers are most definitely “California kids”. We adopted our yellow lab, Patriot, a few years ago and can’t imagine life without him.
I have a passion for writing. I have one novel published and have a few other pieces in the works, including a memoir.
I love to travel and have many places still on my bucket list, including England/Ireland/Scotland, Fiji, Australia, Bali, Morocco, Greece and getting back to Europe. I was lucky to visit Paris and other parts of France on an exchange program in high school. I’d love to get back there soon.

1) I’m a die-hard Red Sox and Patriots fan.
2) I was a Landscape Architecture major in college before a whole class about dirt (I mean “Soil Science”). I changed my major to Psychology after I realized I was reading my psych books for fun.
3) I practice yoga every morning before the rest of my family wakes up. I love the quiet stillness of the early morning.
4) I was born and raised in New England, but I don’t like shell fish.
5) Before I enrolled with Young Living, I didn’t even know what diffusing was! I only used essential oils topically and put a few drops of eucalyptus in the shower. And… I considered myself an essential oil snob, before I learned the differences in quality out there. I’m so glad I educated myself!
